Directions

1. In a 10-ounce glass, combine the mint leaves, fresh ginger, raw honey, and lime juice. Muddle with the back of a spoon for about 20 seconds (you want the mint bruised and the ginger oils released, but not shredded). 

2. Fill the glass with 1 cup of ice, then pour in the cooled hibiscus tea. Stir gently to combine (even better, shake it up if you have a shaker). 

3. Add 4 drops Pure Body and top with 1/2 cup of sparkling water. Stir just once or twice to preserve the fizz. 

4. Finish with a lime wheel, a couple of mint sprigs, and a dried hibiscus flower if you have one. Serve immediately.
